In an effort to try and find more stability and routine in my life, I've taken up yoga. I'm not quite sure if it's actually going to be something I stick with or not. It's hard for me to listen to someone say, "Let's do Tree Pose. And remember to keep your toes spread wide and engaged with the earth. But sometimes I don't like Tree Pose and I do this instead, which some people call Kick Stand." Another one that's tough for me to accept and actually do without being afraid that I'm on Candid Camera is Lion's Breath. You're supposed to pose and breath in deeply. On the exhale, you stick your tongue out and make that deep throat noise that sounds like a crowd cheering.
"I know it feels silly to do, but it helps to release tension and heat and stress. If you don't want to do it in front of other people, you don't have to. But that's probably a sign that your Chakras are out of line."
I think it's a sign that I'm afraid I have bad breath.
